Do the math--.70 times 57MM is $39.9mm--that is money directly into DPDW's corporate coffers. If they were including already issues shreas held by someone in that number the release would have siad something like "the company and selling shareholders...". There was no such language.
This looks like a clean deal--no warrants, no hidden gotchas.
