My take.. First the deal was done at close to the price DPDW was trading at when Flotation deal was announced which is a good thing,, The Debt is gone and DPDW can get back to builing a company.. In my opinion DPDW has gone from a speculation to close investment grade.. I doubt very seriously if this change anything on the earnings projections and Flotation has already had enough orders since first announced to almost double DPDW's size in sales at a much higher profit margin.. I became involved in DPDW thru my O&G Service connections in Norway and this latest news strengthens this relationship with them..I would like a reverse at this time and believe it would help,, not hirt the price of DPDW.. I had posted before that I would of liked to see good will and intangbales financed with stock an cash paid for hard assets.. This was much better,, it's all been paid for.. Love the deal.. Sorry for the mispellings but I'm new to this lap top.. Wish all longs well and hang on tight.. hank
