lets recap!
definitly a knee jerk reaction here, i had the same feeling after reading the first line of the PR BUT i kept reading. We are issuing 57+million shares to more then double the size of our company. Lets look at what they accomplished with this private placement.

1) Closed Flotec- all cash on their end (only DR recieved shares here)
2) Got rid of the $12 million note at 15+% interest, were there people on here complaining of the high interest of that note? Well that is behind us now.
3) We have a investment bank behind us now! Those who pay attention to brikk knew this day was coming.


So the first line of the PR is disappointing and yes Steve could have worded it better. But the real juicy stuff is in the PR and it is all good news.
