When these companies RM into a shell you are buying the stock that was owned by the previous bagholders or from speculators that got them from bagholders. They don't get any money unless they issue new shares and then sell them. I haven't been keeping up but if they haven't added to the float with dilution then they don't owe us anything. That sucks for me cause I lost @500 bucks here. They owe it to themselves to build a sucessful company and maybe we'll see some of our money back. Another company I owned said the same thing . They got so pissed at the shareholders for badgering them and prying into the deal they were working they went silent for 6 months. Ugly situation.
