I really hope that happens to at least allow most to get out here in the .0005 to .0007 area. That would at least get some out with not a ton of damage. Anything above that I think is fantasy at this point.

The problem is like what happened with HCFE and all of these other POS who go this route. The lower the price goes the more sells they share to get their money, and it becomes almost impossible to UT.

Death spiral financing in other words.
