JB has kept his word thus far, so whatever he has going on, i'll take! and to be honest, i don't know enough to determine which would be better. reverse merger or spin offs. we'll see as the time edges closer to the revised meeting day rather the new boys keep that date or push it back. at this point, i'd rather wait until '08 for tax reason.

You bet! I know JB's type. I've seen his kind before. And they always get their man! Or in this case, the job done. Of all the things said about JB on this board, if anyone said non-yielding, then they would be correct.

We've said it time and time again without you having the ability to understand. Our belief that ez2 will get better is in Jeff Berkowitz and his relentless pursuit to bring this company back. Why he does it i don't know.

Why does a soldier put himself into harms was for people that hate him?

Why does a fireman rush into a burning building?

Why do people volunteer to serve people who reticule them?

Why do teachers teach in schools that the kids are out of control and abusive?

Why do people try and serve the bigger cause?

Why does Bill Gates attempt to cure malaria?

Because sometimes people serve a higher cause regardless if others think they will succeed. It is not rather you believe, but they do in what they do. Gates actually feels in his heart that he can help and it does not matter your negativity or your realist point of views (which I myself am one). All that matters is those who feel the need to right the wrong.

The point is that JB was just some guy who traded stocks and worked his way up to being a PR man and would have probably been happy if that is where the story ended. It was not until EZ2 and Otto that JB found himself with the desire to prove against logic that this could be done. He became the stronger man with a vision.

Now regardless if JB does or does not, is not our point. The point being that he is giving it what he has to make it work. Yes, there has been MANY stumbling blocks, but that has only made him press on stronger. Has everything he said happened? No. Has he been honest about that? YES. The light-bulb was not invented on the first try, but HUNDREDS of failures later we had light. WE believe in JB's unwillingness to give up, take the punches, learn, and adjust. He will produce the light for this company and we don't care if he fails a thousand time. We just want to support him knowing he WILL succeed.

And that's it, nothing fancy, no secret inside information, no blind faith. Just a man that we believe in. And we believe in Jeff.
