Rain.... this feels like its primed and ready. news could advance it quickly. but sometimes news brings on a sell off first. i still look for a pullback, but mostly as a means to ignite the rocket -- sort of like a springboard effect.

looking back on the play here, it has had a pullback off every flagpole before legging up. except for the day it first went to .007 and then came back to .005, this has been range locked. i see no reason to break the pattern now. but if it wants to go up without going down, that won't bother me at all.
