Explain to me again how an R/S is a bad thing, assuming it even goes forward:

In fact, while your at it, could you please post the regulation that requires the majority shareholders to defacto approve the R/S after it is merely proposed in the DEF14. You seem to suggest that they are not allowed to change their minds on the implementation, if any, or the details of the split even though they said:

"If approved and effected"
