Can those shares be bought without moving sp higher? More fuel to the fire when the right news hits. No missteps from HALO and only one direction to go imo. I am looking for the move up to start within the next 10 days and strong feeling this week is the start of a steady climb into news. How many shares can the shorts continue to dump at these prices, having little effect on sp?
