You are right, success with one molecule doesn't guarentee success with all. However monoclonals have highly conserved structures so it is quite reasonable to expect that if Per.C6 can handle one, as shown in the press release, it can handle most of them. Jesse raised the issue of plasma proteins which I conceded to him is still an unknown with this system but I'm guessing the cells could do ok here too.
