Chi2-COT-Comment= Since12/18/07 Commercials have had Positive interest in US Treasury Bonds as of this week it has nice Increase into Large Delta. Since03/25 Commercials10YearBonds are also Positive but a smaller Delta.

We are Primarily interested in =
Commercials Changes in Delta and Volumes.
