I'm trying to understand some of these charts...but I'm not a T&A type for investing...

Knowing that the MM have been playing for years with NEOM, do the charts really mean anything? My though is that they artificially create the charts to suck more people in.

I keep thinking of the cramer video.

Opinions, thoughts?
