It was a lie. There was never anyone retarded enough to offer that much money for absolutely nothing. The company owns no real assets. The assets are in the name of the father of the CEO. Therefore, this stock is worthless and the buyout offer was a scam to suck in people who do no DD. Nothing new for this crew. They have been pulling crap like that for years.
