This is no longer a true BULL market, meaning higher highs and lower lows. This is a "range bound market". It is trading in a distinct range until events either take it higher or lower. Corporate profits have been strong providing support. Geopolitical events, energy costs, and fear of rising interest rates have kept a lid on it.
