Avalon Capital Holdings Corporation (OTC: AVAL) disclosed today that it is in the final stages of acquiring the assets of Master Capital Group, formerly a U.S. based Futures Commission Merchant with proprietary trading technology. The acquisition of Master Capital Group's assets is currently pending shareholder approval.
