You got that right..."These guys are a piece of work"! Report basically says the company now has essentially nothing unless some other "sucker" steps foreward to bail us out. I'm not so sure this doesn't beg for an investigation of fraud. At the very least a major example of incompetence. In any event, as soon as I saw this POS 10Q I sold what little I had and am counting myself lucky.
