I now walk a fine line, because as I become further involved in trying to fix the situation I must be selective in what I say here. I don't have proof that an auditor has been engaged to examine the company's financials, but that is what I understand and believe to be true. The auditor is not yet in a position to carry out an audit. The complications in my estimation relate to what data needs to be presented in the financial statements for the period to be covered, as I believe it is primarily the data from the shell into which the company merged in October, as the current company only existed as GSI from whatever date in October GSI merged into it until the end of 2007, and existed only as the shell for all periods prior to that. I don't yet know what information the SEC has requested from the company. The company has a knowledgeable SEC lawyer from what I can determine. I will answer all questions that I can here, but henceforth there may be some that I will not be able to address.
