Bird, it's hardly worth effort of responding to that analyst's little insights, but, being a loquacious sort, I'll point out that the value of such analysis has been seriously tarnished. At present, in the absence of compelling support for an analyst's expressed view (in which case it is mere parroting, anyway), I'm using them as contrary indicators. Now that we're entering the period of gradually increasing shipments, its not all that surprising to have some of these guys (not dolls, you'll note) sliding out from under their rocks.
