quarterlies are due 45 days after the quarter closes so in DPDWs case where the fiscal year is the same as calendar year -

2nd quarter ends June 30th so quarterlies are due on Aug 14th (July has 31 days)

They can file an extension within 24 hours of the deadline to get another 5 days

It seems a bit rough lately.
