It's not going to be quick. There are too many factors and parties involved. It can be solved, but the SEC needs to be engaged, responsive and somewhat patient, what needs to be done needs to be sorted out, and a plan needs to be developed and executed. It's not a simple process for a variety of reasons. I believe it can be done.
