By the way, SNDK has 3-black crows on the daily chart that project to around 24.40 from just eyeballing the chart:

You can have your ramp and gap-fill at 31 after that target is met <G>

The weekly fork chart suggests a full re-test of the 23.49 lows, but maybe that doesn't happen:
