I wonder what the relationship is between the delba international that the pr references, located in florida, and the Delba international S.A. in brazil which is building the rig in Dubai.

i assume they are the same company if the pr references the company to the florida location, yet talks about the delba III and IV which this brazilian company is building.

if you search Delba in the florida business database it lists the florida company

officer of the company is Daniel Del Barrio. I guess thats where the "DelBa" came from. Im assuming he owns the american company and its latin american subsidiary
