this is just my honest opinion for now, but at this time i believe all we are seeing is land improvements. many construction companies work on holidays and this would not indicate any rush to me whatsoever . i said before if/when you start seeing survey stakes in the ground, that will be your tell tale sign and at this point i see no indication of that happening.

building new building's will more than likely happen in the future but--

right now imo we need focus on the continued growth of ddi through aqcusitions to further ready ourselves for the coming decade and the technological breakthrough's of the ultra deepwater arena, so far i really like the direction management is taking!
