not exactly "holiday pleasure reading" but considerable DD and expense have been expended by both sides

a default on the obligations of either side would make them liable for payment of the expenses incurred by the other (p 67), a reponsibility that I am sure both sides take seriously

To sum it up, I am very confident that the deal will close.
