Milo, hey, check out what I just discovered about Greyhound. This is from my post on RB.

first of all, let's keep in mind that Greyhound was Dexter's first large client. It was not sought after by Labwire, but instead was brought over from DISA/Drugtest Inc when Dexter resigned. But, just for the heck of it, let's look at it anyway.

Hummm. Very interesting. I actually did not know this had happened. Looks like our client just got a whole lot bigger.


In February 2007, FirstGroup plc, a bus and rail transport operator in the United Kingdom with subsidiaries in North America, acquired Laidlaw International, Inc. for $35.25 per share or approximately US$3.6 billion including the assumption of US$0.8 billion of debt.[1][2][3] FirstGroup plc completed the acquisition of Laidlaw International on October 1, 2007, and is currently rebranding Laidlaw services under the First umbrella. The deal combined North America’s two largest private school bus operators — Laidlaw Education Services and First Student Inc. — giving them a combined 40% of the school bus contractor market.[4]

Anyways, I will be posting more on Labwire's customers here in future. I would suppose you would be seeing, lots and lots of great info - especially as 8k's emerge.
