Very good question. I agree with you they should be weak, but as I've learned throughout my experiences with penny stocks, if you "assume", you get burned. I never assume anymore, so I will still be taking profits in those regions. Don't get me wrong, I won't sell out of my entire position, because as you noted, if it goes on a huge continued run, I want to be sure I still have some of shares.

I don't even know what the story/fundamentals are here, so this is a strictly "chart play" for me.
