WW OIL and GAS INC IS A SUBSIDIARY OF BOTH WW ENERGY INC and BIOGENERICS[DIVERSIFIED].

Last year both of these companies each owned half of WW OIL and GAS INC.

Last year both WW ENERGY and then BIOGENERICS gave share dividends to each of there respective shareholders and the restricted shares from each were deposited into my account at different times last year as i owned shares of both the parent companies.

The dividend shares were deposited into my acct. without a lettered symbol , listed only by a number.

The only WW OIL and GAS INC i can find in the market has
symbol WOGI as a traded entity, and Business Week says it is a subsidiary of WW ENERGY INC.

Somewhere around the times of the earlier mentioned stock dividend, BIOGENERICS also gave a share dividend to their shareholders of restricted shares of TYCHE.

Well thats about it, it should not be too confusing, although it seems to be.
