That is what they claimed, but I think the whole sector was "ahead of itself", so that was used as an excuse for the whole sector. In edit and here went TASR at $78.90 for another $.85, completing the triple bucker with nice change. MAGS followed a little later at $23.82 for just $.46. That one is dead.
