Here's the 10 minute, 1 day chart which visually validates the tale of the tape, IMO. Take note of how much accumulation was done between 1:20 and 1:40 - nearly 250K shares pushed us higher (right after the PR). Then trading went sideways along the $1 dollar mark, and was looking like we'd get a close of $1 or better. It was almost a happily ever after tale, but then, the bidwhackers emerged from the shadows in the last ten minutes of the day! Notice how PPS dropped at the EOD, into close, on ONLY 47k traded, which tells me that traders we're cashing out, at bid, to buy hamburgs and hot dogs for their shindig's this weekend.
