Hybred International, Inc (Formerly TPTM) Commences Trading under the Symbol HYII

Hybred International, Inc.(OTC: HYII.PK), or “the company” today announced that it has successfully completed a reverse merger with Temporary Time Capital (formerly TPTM) and is now registered with NASD to trade on the pink sheets under ticker symbol HYII.

Hybred International spent five years in research, development and testing in conjunction with advise from several of the country’s premier farriers, veterinarians and jockeys and to bring to market a high quality therapeutic horse shoe which has multiple, world-wide equestrian applications extending from horse racing to mounted police units.

The anticipated success of the company is founded on its patent-pending design for a therapeutic horseshoe fashioned by adding a shock absorbing a rubber urethane molding to metal racing plates.

“Where other companies have failed, we have succeeded in the creation of “running shoes for horses” by utilizing a proprietary binding agent and other design features which have proven to increase the stability, durability and longevity of the shoe,” said Gary Kouletas, President and CEO, Hybred International, Inc. “Our market research leads us to believe there is a worldwide demand in all facets of the equine market for a high quality shoe that protects the horse from hoof and joint injuries.” In addition to the grueling research and development work completed by the company before filing the patent application, Hybred comes to market with an agreement with Thoro’bred, Inc., the world’s largest horseshoe manufacturer. Under the terms of the agreement, Thoro’bred will manufacture and market the Hybred Horseshoe through its catalogue, tack shops, farrier and supply stores and marketing materials in the US and abroad.
