new production agreement with Lyons-Magnus, Inc. The agreement is the result
of a two-year joint effort by the two companies to adapt a state-of-the-art
manufacturing process and stringent quality assurance procedures to higher
production levels, and subsequently to various bottling formats designed to
support acceleration of North American retail availability.
