Without being privy to Larry's arrangement with the company, I can't speculate why he is doing what he is doing. If it is true that he is sleeping on a cot in the company's office, then it is not a far stretch that he would be working for free to get the company on its feet. Perhaps Larry sees a day when he can recoup his time and effort in whatever form is available to him. The most logical explanation is that he holds restricted shares which he believes will be worth far more in the future than now.
I agree that it is frustrating to see the pps where it is now. I don't hold a lot of shares, but I still feel your pain. I don't agree with Pizza that this company is a sham; but as he so often likes to point out, he's been burned before and just wants to make sure he won't be burned again. I agree with OLWALRUS that the financials show a marked improvement and while not audited, they are the best we have to gauge the company's performance at this time.
On the pinks, it all comes down to risk vs. reward. We are all gambling here for a large reward with the risk being that we are working with incomplete information. Personally, I am choosing to hold on and see where this goes. Am I happy that there are still many unanswered questions? No, but this is not XOM and I knew that before I hit the buy button.
In my opinion, the current pps is a result of a combination of factors. I have no doubt that one of them is some form of manipulation. Lack of interest, lack of full disclosure, these factors don't help. So, in answer to your question, I believe that there will be an economic benefit to both Larry and to the investors, but not as quick as some would hope.
Best Regards
