It's only respectful if they follow through.

In one sense, delays are common. But they have delayed several times here —

* The original PR said the 10th. Nope.
* Then they said the 20th. Nope again.
* (and they reiterated that last week)
* Now they ain't sayin' nothing.

But delays are also a sign of a problem. Real companies hit that deadline or they get gob-smacked good and hard. So SMKG isn't so real yet. OK. But don't try to blow by that fact.

OK, most companies only file when they transfer up — well THAT is what SMKG said they were doing when they put out the PR that said the 10th of May (a Saturday!). They said they were doing it, for that exact reason — to move up to a better exchange.

So SMKG wd. be in that category, which means it's not so darn surprising they chose to file. If they want to get on a better exchange they HAVE to do it.

Most if not all people in these conversations would like to make some dosh from their involvement in SMKG. So nobody's saying the whole thing is crap.

But we're not going to pretend they aren't blowing it, screwing up — whatever — when in fact they are.
