Yes, it's an example of a company "not doing" what they said they were "not going to do", but despite the best hopes of investors.

I don't mean to get into an argument at all ... but it's surely bad news, not something to get excited about that the company is so honest.

IMHO Byers, owned by Frank, doesn't seem to be a particularly honest or relevant company from the lack of their apparent products despite the PR, and from the very limp website.
