i AGREE... Stick to the facts...

a 3 well company in debt.. getting ready to EXPAND their Outstanding Shares... which will DILUTE everyones shares...

Come on.. no revenue... and the only way to pay the bill is to dilute... and the CEO of FORC.. is going to do the same thing over there....
