if you remember there was a hacker that got into a foreign country newspaper/media and said 'Gulf Coast Oil & Gas ' was being bought out foreign investor [for $0.05 no more than $0.07] during the day it ran to $0.02

that imho opinion the run up. find the hacker and turn to them about hacking into news/media items of concern.

when 'Gulf Coast Oil & Gas ' and IR verify or releases a statement then i'll eat crow if proven it isn't true.

these are scenarios FACT NOR FICTION!!!!! on these items.
