RSI reflects the strength of a stock, RELATIVE STRENGTH INDEX.

If the stock was strong then it would be above 50. The fact that it has been below 50 FOR OVER 8 MONTHS, says the stock is VERY WEAK. I think you need to refresh your T/A skills my friend
