So the original TLXX directors signed a deal with you even after all the Stockpatrol etc stuff? That's interesting.

When did those guys actually resign? I think there was a P/R in January this year announcing it. I don't quite understand how they could do a deal on behalf of TLXX with Mataras and Safadi if they weren't directors any longer.
