corky good summary, but working hard does not seal the the envelope, ,, u know time and money is key issue here, and how long u want to wait for the prize,,,,or do u want a little run in and out,,, oil not going up forever,, and there going to crush that oil mkt in next month or so, if u cant rasie the dough in a time when oil at all time high when u going to raise it when water starts flodding the basement,,,, corky what do u consider good here a 100 percent increase from here, or more ,, ,, or u think less,,,,
