Enron had actual sales and revenues and was a listed company even. Lack of sales and revenues only distinguish the most obvious and blatant frauds from the more subtle ones surely? There are a tons and tons of frauds with sales and revenue out there. The share is price is far in excess of what the company paid for it acquisition. I believe it was valued around a couple cents a share comparatively. So the price is at a pretty high level IMO.
