Chev, the I believe the grading between the assembly bay and the fab shop is all about drainage. The back hoe dug down through the hardpan in about 6 places then they filled those areas. I think that was to loosen the ground for drainage. Then they graded a slope away from the buildings and out to the front.

Between EW and the main building(assembly bay) they are grading and dumping the stone. imo This will help drainage, and can be better used for equipment storage and parking.

Behind EW, to the west on the new property, they have been grading, leveling and compacting the ground. That work appears to be prepping for further use. It is way more parking than they could ever use (estimate 9 acres) so like jds said, if we see an engineering firm putting stakes in we can expect new construction over there.
