I do not nor have I ever been involved with a retail business so I'm not sure how the loaning process works. Is it true that a credible contract with a credible company is enough to acquire a few hundred thousand dollar loan (I ask because I remember you stating you were a business owner). Trust me, I was absolutely ok with the PR to dilute the 125, I was just expecting that they would save the majority of it for a fair market value.
