I think we can all agree that the company has done a piss poor job of diluting and guarding shareholder value over the last month or so. Why dilute at a sub million dollar market cap unless you believe your company is sub million dollar market cap worthy? I mean this is utter disregard for current shareholders. What company sells at such lows if they truly have amazing contracts to release? Why not release first and sell later at a higher pps? Destroying a stock first and then busting out with PR's is the same exact thing, only now there's more retail investors and flippers with a lower average pps who will create more resistance for any run-up. Doesn't make much sense to me. I'm a long here, so my position will remain constant if not grow, but this show of carelessness really makes me wonder. Companies shouldn't dilute when they're significantly undervalued!!!
