There is already sentinal node mapping being done with a product off label. Lymphoseek works better, at least that is what the prior trials have shown. If the same doctors used lymphoseek that are using the off label product bought the lymphoseek product it is a 100 ++ million dollar market.
Stop acting like such a genius, if you don't like the stock you don't have to buy it. At a 40 something million dollar market cap it is very cheap considering what the upside is versus the downside.
