What should be most worrisome is that there have been a lot of assertion and claims (especially on other boards) that really cut to the quick concerning this company and it's technology. And whether folks are willing to admit it or not, combined with Kevin's past performance/history, it has had a serious effect on the share price. And the company is well aware of these stories and is very sensitive to them.

The fact that they have made no effort to directly address them is very troubling. At this point of the game, I can't come up with one good (as in positive) reason for this delay or to leave investors hanging.
