You may be making an assumption by expecting a filing. Only one year ago when Mr. Kreisler couldn't pay the bills,the company's filings were delayed triggering a technical default and initiating the Cornell Death Spiral. If the news were great, don't you think we would have seen it already? At best, we have 3 known operations producing revenue with maybe 3 more possible. It can't be that difficult to get the numbers added up!!

Anybody have any idea what the repercussions are if GERS doesn't file under the new loan agreements? I don't recall seeing a non filing clause, but it is a tactic that has been used before so this possibility is not so far-fetched.
