My guess is they might have already worked out a deal but YA needs to cover the 500M CD shares and they have Tom holding up on that part of puzzle so they can cover.

I wonder why Tom has remained silent about why we took this shell? My guess is saved GSGF, GERS, Build the biofuel plant and pay the R&D costs from Greenshift days owed to YA.

Doubt that Tom will walk away from the alternative energy business. The guy should lots of passion in his discussion with crooked last year. I think GSGF was collateral to YA to get their money back and after its paid off Tom will get it back. What Tom does with it is another question.

I don't Tom is crazy to take on a crappy shell without getting something in returns.

Wish I can find out if Tom still sits on the board of Zeropoint. Thats would clear up lots of my questions.
