Phil (Bullrider) :) It was a pointed question just to establish the requirement. It truly has been a head scratcher.
I understand and don't think iHub should proactively engage the issue. In the same breath the attempt (and a fairly successful one thus far) is to maintain a level playing field in which to discuss pros & cons. In addition, there is some "policing" they do undertake (i.e. multiple aliases & jail).
The balance appears to be a parallel question. Without statistical proof there is no way of telling, but it appears promoters presence on iHub is increasing. If that is true, the balance may become more difficult to maintain. The natural affinity is thrown in the camp with the promoters. The problem occurs with promotions that focus on preventing dissenting data from being presented and discussed. Many choose to stay away from single stock boards for that reason. It's pretty clear to see in most cases dissenting views and/or negative data posters are one against many.
It would be beneficial to the whole community to continue to recognize and address that IMHO.
How many legs does a dog have if you call the tail a leg? Four; calling a tail a leg doesn't make it a leg.
