OK, so if I am reading my chart right tonight, I have the VIX closing at 14.01 on Friday with the 10 day sma at 15.52. That is a difference of -9.7 percent. Is that close enough to 10 percent to qualify for a turn in the market?

Also, the 14.01 is a very low reading - if I am reading the chart right, it is the lowest close ever! - at least going back through the beginning of 2000.
