I believe Cortex is already priced for failure-I think the market is still very distrusting of pricing it higher due to 2 sucker punches of the fall 2006, fall 2007 variety, even with the probability of success. There is a bid each day, but it won't take it up- the bid just accumulates selling shareholders. I also believe we are very likely to see an infusion of capital for the pipeline prospects-as well as RD-Roger keeps it unclear because as Neuro has stated, the BP's listen to calls, presentations.....etc...
